You've heard of the National Three peaks Challenge? Well, Second Element's challenge in support of SportsAid is our very own "Lincolnshire Three Peaks Challenge" ... actually it's two peaks and a Mountain! You may be thinking to yourself Lincolnshire is flat isn't it?.....well, that's kind of the point! Our charity walk covered approximately eleven miles of the highest peaks of the Lincolnshire Wolds ...AND the famous Cadwell Park race track, including THE MOUNTAIN.
We are very happy to support 'The Sisters with Blisters' in their Herculean effort to tackle the 106km continuous ultra marathon of the Isle of Wight coastal path through day and night. The team is raising money for the Lily Foundation to help fund vital research in to the search for a cure for Mitochondrial disease. www.thelilyfoundation.org.uk
